Soccer (Grades 5-8)
Our soccer games are an hour long, and begin at 4:00 p.m. Our home field is at the Sports Complex on Old Buckroe Road. The 2017-2018 schedule is:

Cross Country (Grades 5-8)
We are looking forward to the 2017-2018 season!! Conditioning starts at the end of July through August 24th (in the morning) and resumes after school starts in the afternoons. Our meets begin at 3:45 p.m on the following dates:

Flag Football Camp (Grades 5-8)
New for the 2017-2018 School Year! Students have the opportunity to learn about football including rules, passing drills, catching drills, the different offensive and defensive positions, and how to score & play a game. The camp will meet on Thursdays for six weeks beginning September 21 through October 26 from 3:00-4:00pm. This club is limited to 16 students on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Volleyball camp (Grades 5-8)
Students have the opportunity to learn about volleyball including rules, how to serve the ball effectively, and how to score & play a game. The camp will meet on Thursdays for six weeks beginning April 12 through May 17 from 3:00-4:00pm. This club is limited to 16 students on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This choir is for students ages 3 years old through kindergarten. The choir meets on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:00pm in the Children's Library of the Fox Hill Campus. This choir performs during Gloria Dei Lutheran Church's Sunday morning worship services.
This choir is for students in first through fifth grade. The choir meets on Thursdays from 3:30-4:00pm in the Music Room on the Willow Oaks Campus. This choir performs during Gloria Dei Lutheran Church's Sunday morning worship services.
Students in grades 3-8 are invited to audition to participate in this choir (participation is by audition only). The choir practices on Wednesday mornings from 7:30-8:15am in the Willow Oaks music room. There will be various performances at different events throughout the school year.
After-school Art and Drama (Grades 1-8)
After-school Art for first through fifth grade will explore a variety of arts and crafts during the 2017-2018 school year; sessions 1 & 2 will focus on fiber crafts like needlework and basketry, while sessions 3 & 4 will explore sculpture media. The program will run from 3:00-4:00 in the Willow Oaks art room for a total of 8 sessions. Grades 1-2 will meet on Tuesdays. Grades 3-5 will meet on Wednesdays. There is a limit of 15 students per class each session.

The Middle School After-school Art and Drama programs are going to combine for a program in puppet construction, play writing and puppet theater performance. The students will work in teams and will select favorite Bible stories. They will use these stories to write adaptations that are suitable for a puppet theater. The students will create the puppets and the stage backgrounds. The puppet stories will be performed during All School Chapel and some of the Christmas and end-of-the-year programs. Middle School classes will meet on Mondays from 3:00-4:00 in the Willow Oaks Art Room.
STEM Workshop Series
Session #1: Dates to be determined for grades 3-5
Session #2: Dates to be determined for grades 6-8
Each session consists of four after-school classes designed to stimulate and sharpen skills in SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, and MATH. There is a limit to the number of students who will be able to participate in each session. Registration will open in January 2108.
SCA (Grades 6-8)
"Student Voice by Student Leadership through Student Participation"
This middle school club will have officers who are elected by their peers in the fall. The SCA will have monthly in-school meetings and additional after-school meetings as needed. They will run several community service projects throughout the course of the year including a Thanksgiving food drive, working at Barnes and Noble Day, and volunteering at our Chic-Fil-A nights.
Math Tutoring (Middle School)
Free math tutoring is available on Mondays after-school from 3:00-4:00pm.
